We recommend giving the final payment at the beginning of the event and putting it in an envelope in case a child is nearby. If you’re making your final payment before we accept checks or Paypal.
If an event is further than 15 miles from the performer's home location, there will be an additional travel fee added to your total package price and included in your invoice. Other Entertainers:
The Client cannot have any performers from other entertainment based businesses present while Storytime Character Co. is at their event. Our performers are trained to portray their characters in mannerisms, speech, movement, storytime and more. If there are other princesses present that are not associated with Storytime Character Co. who are not trained to our standards or share the high quality costuming we pride ourselves on, this could reflect poorly on our brand as attendees may associate them with Storytime Character Co.
Mermaid Clause
In the event of an emergency, our performer may need to remove her tail. To avoid this happening, or ruining the magic, please make sure the children are being watched during the entire duration of the event. If the performer feels unsafe at any time, they may get out of the pool until the situation is mended by the party host. All children who are participating must have basic swim knowledge or be in life vests during the entire duration of the event, if anywhere near the vicinity of the pool.
Santa Performer Clause:
When booking our Jolly Santa performer, you are booking just the performer’s time. We at Storytime Character Co. do not provide any sort of seating arrangement or backdrop unless discussed prior to the contract being signed. Add-ons may incur additional fees.
